What types of things are in this box?

Konenkii is all about discovery! Each gift box will contain 7-9 grown-up sized beauty products, culinary delights, accessories, and exclusive Konenkii creations. Each quarter Jan and Sarah create a gift box to surprise and delight!

How do I sign up for Konenkii?

It's easy! Sign up for a box and we'll ship the current box to you — if not sold out — then your next box comes the middle of of September, December, March and, June. We auto-debit your account on the 1st of the month for each quarter —September 1, December 1, April 1, June 1. You can cancel anytime before this to avoid charges.

How long will it take to receive my box after I order it?

We ship your box once every three months during the first week of September, December, March, and June. Your gift will arrive in 2-5 business days. If this is the first box of your subscription—and the current box is stillavailable—we will ship in 3-7 business days after you place your order.

Can I send a gift subscription or just a single gift box?

Yes! If ordering a gift subscription, just check the gift option at check-out.  For a single-box gift, choose the One-Time Box from the navigation.  In both cases, there is a space for a personal message. Easy-peasy.  We occasionaly offer special one-time boxes that are not part of the subscription, so check it out!

How do I cancel or manage my account?

You can easily manage your subscription by choosing Login in the upper right corner, then Login and change your information through your Account page. If you choose to cancel, your cancellation will take effect for the next subscription cycle.

How do I update my shipping & billing info?

In the upper right corner, choose Login, then simply change your personal information through your Account page.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged for the first box when you sign-up. We auto-debit your account for next box on the 1st of the month of delivery dates — September 1, December 1, April 1, June 1. You can cancel anytime before this to avoid charges.

I really liked a product in my Konenkii box! How do I order more of it?
